Smart & Scalable BioCNG Solutions

Key Process Sections in Ikshu EPC Execution

Ikshu Bio structures every BioCNG plant around well-defined engineering sections to ensure process clarity, operational efficiency, and seamless integration. Each section is meticulously designed and executed for optimal performance and compliance.

01

Feeding System

  • Biomass reception, sorting, and size reduction

  • Dosing units and conveyors for continuous input

  • Custom feeding systems for varied feedstock types (press mud, IWE, Napier, etc.)

02

Anaerobic Digestion (AD)

  • High-efficiency digesters with agitation and heating systems

  • Temperature and pH monitoring for optimal microbial activity

  • Designed for steady gas yield and hydraulic retention

03

Slurry Line

  • Post-digestion slurry handling for dewatering and separation

  • Solid and liquid digestate pathways for organic fertilizer production

  • Pumps, agitators, and storage units included in the scope

04

Gas Line

  • Biogas scrubbing and upgrading systems

  • Compression, bottling, and metering units

  • Pipeline integration for CGD or cascade transport

Prototype Plant

Designed for Feedstock Validation and Process Optimization

This prototype BioCNG plant is developed to test various feedstock types and combinations, analyze Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT), and monitor key operational parameters. It allows us to simulate full-scale conditions and determine the most efficient mix and process for optimum gas generation before scaling up.

An essential step in designing reliable, efficient and site specific BioCNG infrastructure.
