HOME / SOLUTIONS / 02 · BIOCNG PARKS

Many digesters. One backbone.

A park clusters several plants on shared infrastructure: one feedstock yard, one purification and bottling train, one dispatch gate. Capacity grows in phases from 50 to 100+ TPD while the fixed cost stays fixed.

What a park shares

Build the backbone once.

Feedstock yard One receiving, weighbridge, moisture control and blending yard for every digester on site.
Purification train Common water-scrubbing and H₂S removal sized for the park, not per plant.
Compression & bottling Cascade filling and bottling shared across phases; capacity added as plants come online.
Dispatch & CGD One gate for mother-daughter distribution, industrial delivery and pipeline injection.
Slurry processing Central digestate line producing solid and liquid organic fertiliser for the catchment.
SCADA & lab One control room and one laboratory watching every digester and every batch.
02
The sequence

Anchor first. Then phases.

01
Anchor feedstock

Contract the anchor streams: mill, municipality or energy crop.

02
Master plan

Backbone sized for final capacity; phase one sized for proof.

03
Phased build

Plants added digester by digester against secured feedstock.

04
Shared operations

One O&M team holds the whole park at rated output.
