Privacy, terms and cookies.
This is a brochure site. It does not sell anything, does not run accounts, and collects nothing beyond what you choose to send us in an email. What follows says so in the detail a compliance reviewer will want.
These texts describe accurately how the site behaves today, but they have not been settled by counsel and are not yet a binding legal notice. Have them reviewed against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 before the site goes live, and replace this panel with a commencement date once they are signed off.
What we collect, which is very little.
Ikshu Indian Biofuel Pvt. Ltd. operates this site. We do not run user accounts, we do not sell anything through it, and we do not build profiles of the people who read it. The only personal data we hold from this site is what you type into an email and send us yourself.
Only what you send. The enquiry form on the contact page composes a message in your own mail application — your name, organisation and message reach us as an ordinary email, and nothing is captured by this page in the process.
To answer your enquiry and, where it leads to a project, to carry on that correspondence. We do not use enquiry details for marketing to people who did not ask for it.
Our own staff working on your enquiry, and our email provider as the processor of that mail. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Business correspondence is retained for as long as the relationship is live and for as long afterwards as company and tax law requires. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted on request.
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to info@indianbiofuel.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Some pages embed video from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and load fonts from Google Fonts. Those services see your request when the content loads and apply their own policies to it.
What this site is, and is not.
The pages here describe our engineering work, our reference build and the sector we operate in. They are written to be useful to mills, municipalities, farmers and investors — but reading them does not create a contract, and nothing on the site is an offer.
Capacities, costs, yields and returns shown anywhere on this site are indicative and for scoping only. They are not investment advice, not a quotation, and not a commitment to build on those terms.
Every indicative envelope on this site is replaced by numbers derived from your own feedstock, site and calendar in the detailed project report. Where a figure is projected rather than measured, we mark it as such.
Statements about capacity, build-out, commissioning dates and sector demand reflect present intentions and present understanding of policy. They are not guarantees, and conditions may change.
The text, drawings, photographs and page designs on this site belong to Ikshu Indian Biofuel Pvt. Ltd. unless attributed otherwise. Quote us with attribution; do not republish wholesale.
Institution, ministry and scheme names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear to identify evaluations, recognitions and policy frameworks — not to imply endorsement beyond what is stated.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Pune, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
